Most of the work that needs doing is up/downstream of the science. What you do need is a passion for using your skills to make a difference. And it's not just for people with decades of experience in their field either. If there was ever a space that needs young minds and fresh thinking, it's climate!

Our intention is to be everything the mainstream freelance platforms aren't. We don't ask your hourly rate as we presume you're competitive and deliver outstanding value. Forget bidding wars and low-balling. Our focus will be on skills, interests and values. We won't take a % or tie you into silly contracts. We don't even have profile photos as they're a waste of energy and carbon and lead to unconscious bias (plus they're a pain to get right!)
